SHRIMP & SCALLOP SCAMPI
✨ Scallop Shrimp Scampi Recipe with Prairie Natural Meats & Seafood ✨
🍤 Ingredients:
• Prairie Natural 8/12 tiger prawn shrimp
• Prairie Natural 20/30 scallops
• Butter
• White wine
• Lemon
• Onions
• Mushrooms
• Parsley
• Angel hair pasta
• Olive oil
• Red pepper flakes
• Italian seasoning
• Salt, pepper, garlic salt (to taste) we used @gradeagardens all natural garlic powder, herbed sea salt, red chili powder
Steps:
1️⃣ In two pans, sauté onions in butter and olive oil. add a squeeze of lemon. Add mushrooms. Set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté scallops in one pan. Sauté shrimp in the other.
3️⃣ Add mushrooms and onions to the shrimp pan. Combine with scallops.
4️⃣ Cook angel hair pasta.
5️⃣ Add white wine and seasonings to the seafood mixture.
6️⃣ Toss pasta with scallops, shrimp, and sauce add another generous squeeze of lemon
7️⃣ Add parsley and Parmesan.
🍷 Serve with a friend and a glass of wine!
